Born from the evolution of our appreciated Semi-Automatic Press Mod. OM200-R, the new and innovative Automatic Rotational Press Mod. OM240-R, in a very small space, allows to have a completely automatic system for the production of Terrazzo tiles, for indoor and outdoor use.
Automated with our new Combined Doser for the 1st and 2nd Layer Mod. KM100/DC100 and with the Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod. OM40/F, it allows to have an automated and integrated system with reduced investment and extremely reduced commissioning time.

Designed with the help of the most modern 3D CAD tools and with Top-Down logic, we have managed to increase the pressing power by over 34% thanks to a more solid and robust structure, this without significantly increasing the overall dimensions of the machine; also the vibrating planes have been significantly improved, increasing their strength as well as their effectiveness thanks to the new electrical vibrators with a centrifugal force of 800Kg, with a 54% increase compared to the OM200-R model.

In order to complete the engineering and automation of this system, our Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod. OM40/F has also been improved and it is now also available with the new compact automatic chain-driven conveyor for the metallic containers.
Usability has also been improved, resulting in a machine that is extremely simple to use and with quick and simple maintenance.

Designed to satisfy even those costumers that needs to produce special products, especially for outdoor flooring, producing, in addition to standard sizes from 20×20 to 40×40, hexagonal, octagonal and rectangular formats, also thick products, with molds up to 125mm in height.

In the same way as the model OM200-R, the machine, controlled and tested, is delivered to the costumer ready for use, without the need of foundations or special constructions: after connecting the electric cables and the water and compressed air pipes is immediately ready for the production.
It can also be supplied in a fully automated version from the weighing and preparation of raw materials (with the use of our Automatic Batching Plant for the 1st and 2nd layers) to the product stored inside the metallic containers, ready for curing.

Technical Features

Automatic Rotational Press equipped with two stations used as follows:

  • The first station to automatically distribute mortar for the first layer inside the moulds, compacting it by vibration, followed by the automatic distribution and shaving of the second layer;

  • The second station to gradually press the product in two stages: during the first stage, inert materials are progressively compacted in the moulds, in the second stage inert materials are pressed with higher pressure, at a maximum power of 195.000 Kg; this phase is followed by the ejection of the moulded tiles, which are collected by the automatic extractor.

Other key features

  • Interchangeable Frames with pneumatic closing of the moulds on the rubber bottom plates with adjustable force;

  • The press is suitable to mould up to a maximum thickness of 100mm in the special version;

  • Vibration of the vibrating plans on special anti-vibrating iron-rubber with moto-vibrator with adjustable eccentric masses, with a power of 610W (800 Kg of centrifugal force);

  • Pressing power increased by over 34% thanks to the stronger structure;

  • Automated with the Combined Doser for the 1st and 2nd Layer Mod. KM100/DC100 and the Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod.OM40/F;

  • Hydraulic station equipped with a piston pump with variable flow rate, built with BOSCH-REXROTH materials;

  • Electric Control Panel with programmable PLC logic and Touch-Screen panel for the management and supervision of machine.

The production capacity is approximately 2,5-3 cycles per minute;
The overall weight is about 6.800 Kg;
The installed power is 15,9 kW.

The Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod. OM40/F improves productivity by eliminating the problem of the manipulation of the fresh tiles and reducing labor costs.
The fresh tile is taken by means of a pneumatic vacuum system and is then stored vertically in special metal containers.
