Designed for forced mixing of aggregates for the 1st and 2nd layer, It guarantees a homogeneous mortar by using 3 mixing arms and a peripheral shaving arm moved by a specific planetary group designed by us, equipped with strong hardened gears and driven by a robust planetary reduction gear; the mixing arms are equipped with a high-thickness steel blades.
The interior of the body is fitted with abrasion-resistant wear bands, easily replaceable; the discharge of the mortar into the doser is via a door controlled with pneumatic system.
Equipped with Skip for the loading of the aggregates, with loading capacity up to 350 Lt., driven by gear-motor and twin drum con with non-rotating steel stranded rope characterized by high resistance to fatigue and corrosion, as well as with high breaking load.
It comes complete with a support column, platform, railing and ladder for control, cleaning and maintenance; with a manual control panel mounted on the machine if supplied as a single machine.
Water dosing can occur through manual feeder or, on request, with electronic liter counter (supplied as standard when paired with our automatic batching plant).
