Designed to improve productivity and savings of raw materials, production time and labor, it stands out for its robust construction, easy maintenance and minimum space required that allows installation in tight spaces.
The modular nature of the structure, with a variable number of hoppers, allows you to adapt the installation to the specific needs of the customer.

The dosage of aggregates is carried, with exact consecutive weighings, on a conveyor belt, by means of tension electronic load cells controlled from a digital control unit, easy to use, to set weighing set-points and dosage formulas.
There are many ways to customize the system according to the customer’s needs, with the installation of various equipment for the control, archiving and statistical analysis of consumption.

When the electronic weighing of aggregates is finished, they are downloaded into the Skip of the Planetary Mixer Mod. KM270 which performs the forced mixing, ensuring maximum homogeneity of the mix due to the use of 3 mixing arms and a peripheral shaving arm moved by a specific planetary group designed by us.
Water dosing is executed with a precise electronic system; the electrical control panel is equipped with touch screen panel for the management and supervision of the machine.

Technical Features

Automatic system for the dosing and mixing of aggregates:

  • Supplied with Planetary Mixing Device Mod. KM 270, whose function is to force the mixing of inert materials, it is equipped with supporting column, platform, ramps and stairs for cleaning and maintenance purposes;

  • Skip with load capacity up to 350 Lt.;

  • Precise electronic weighing of the aggregates;

  • Automatic Water Batching System with electronic litre-counter;

  • Electric Control Panel with programmable PLC logic and Touch-Screen panel for the management and supervision of machine.

The production capacity is approximately 150 Liters per minute;

Installed power from 11,5 to 16,3 kW (depending on the configuration).
