The Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod. OM50/F is designed for the automatic removal of the fresh pressed tiles from the extraction device of the press using special iron-rubber suckers, tiles are rotated by 90° with a mechanical group controlled by an electronic inverter, then they are transferred and vertically stacked inside a specially designed metallic container.

The special iron-rubber suckers allow the taking of the tiles with homogeneous distribution on the whole surface of the elevated suction power of the vacuum pump installed.

Equipped with a chain-driven conveyor that drives and automatically positions metallic containers.

Technical Features

Automated robotic system for the collection and storage of fresh tiles:

  • Vertical stocking of tiles that allows the compaction of any microfractures and the gradual drying of the product;

  • Tiles collection with special iron-rubber suckers;
  • Vacuum suction unit composed by double vacuum pump;

  • Translation and rotation speeds managed by electronic drive;

  • Electric Control Panel with programmable PLC logic and Touch-Screen panel for the management and supervision of machine.
